Jayco Sydney believes that good service is the most important part of the business because it is our ongoing commitment to our customers long after the original sale. Customer liaison manager, Steve Vella, is your first point of contact for all after sales matters and service enquires.

The staff employed have many different skills including a licensed motor mechanic. There is an ongoing commitment to development of skills including apprentices and trainees attending TAFE courses. Most staff have completed at least one factory training course.

The workshops have modern equipment including a hoist so we can offer better service to our customers. There is also a new wash bay with a 1000 Litre holding tank and filter system as part of a commitment to the environment.
