The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to explore our range of caravans and related products. You’ll use your product knowledge and passion for the Jayco brand to guide customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide expert advice on our range of caravans, motorhomes, and accessories
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right product
• Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Collaborate with the team to achieve dealership goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail or automotive sales is an advantage, but not essential
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• A valid driver’s license (mandatory)

At Jayco Sydney we provide expert after-sales service in our large, modern workshop & Parts Departments. Our Service Centre and team of factory trained technicians provide our customers with regular & express servicing & maintenance, approved warranty work, accessory fitting services, and Insurance repairs.

Jayco Sydney is looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to join our awesome team. We offer above award wages and training both on the job and in Jayco’s state of the art facility in Dandenong.

We treat our customers caravans like our own and are exceptionally proud of the brand we represent and the Dealership we work in.

About the role:

Due to our growing business, we are looking for Caravan Repair Persons for immediate start.

These positions would ideally suit someone who:

• Has a trade/manufacturing background (carpentry, joinery, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc).
• And/or has excellent general handy man skills & experience.
• Has a great work ethic, is reliable, and has a willingness to learn.
• Has a passion for/experience in Caravanning, camping, touring, etc.
• Has previous experience in caravan/automotive repairs (preferred but not necessary).
• Has an eye for detail and pride in their workmanship.
• Has a current driver licence.
